Event Description

With Barbara Churchley -- This workshop will explore the eight visual approaches to painting with emphasis on light and shadow and local color. We will learn what elements to look for in paintings that are strong and effective, and how to critique our own work. We will cover the essentials for strong paintings, using the vocabulary of line, shape, value, color, texture, and edges.
Tuition $175 member / $200 non-member. (This workshop is open to all levels.)
