Event Description

Saturday, July 21st from 10am to 6:30pm

Presented by the Colorado Coalition of Reason and offering presentations on a variety of topics. Our goal is to allow secular people from around the region to meet one another, share ideas, and learn from several different speakers on a variety of topics. This is a golden opportunity for secularists, humanists, atheists, agnostics, freethinkers and others to come together. The conference is also a chance for curious members of the community to come and learn about the secular movement and its supporters, and also to learn about important issues that affect us all like the Patriot Act. An "early bird" session will begin at 10:00 am in the ballroom of Colorado Mesa University, located on the 2nd floor of the University Center. Admission and parking at the university's parking structure are free. A raffle will also be carried out at the conference for chances to win two pairs of tickets to see Bill Maher perform at the Pikes Peak Center on July 28th. Donations are welcomed and help us continue to offer speakers for free in the future. To register or for more information visit: HumanistsDoingGood.org/conference.
