The Bennington, Vermont native attended Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, VT where he earned his B.S. of Atmospheric Sciences with concentrations in broadcasting and private industry meteorology. Beginning his junior year of college, he delivered live on-air broadcasts at his Emmy Award-winning campus station News 7. He continued broadcasting his senior year, moving from afternoon news breaks to live full-length news casts at 5:30 PM.
Jordan has many loves outside of weather including the Boston Red Sox, Denver Broncos, rock music, and ultimate frisbee. When he isn't in Storm Center 5, you can find him most likely watching the big game, as the Red Sox are always in it!
He looks forward to not only meeting the people of the Western Slope through reporting but putting together a forecast that people can depend on and trust.
