The United States House of Representatives voted to pass health care reform Sunday night just before 9pm MDT. No Republicans voted in favor of the bill while several Democrats voted against it. The vote in the House was 219-212. Republicans were unanimously opposed.
The bill now goes to President Barack Obama for his signature.

Despite the voices and concerns of the people, our “representatives” cram their will down our throats. Just another example of taxation without representation. We are no longer a government of the people, by the people or for the people. We just keep inching closer to socialism every year.

Inching? That’s being generous. We’ve had 50 years of bigger and bigger government, and it has made no difference which party occupied the White House. Both parties are absolutely inept. Someone should sue the government for violating anti-trust laws. Oh wait, there’s a law against that.
