Several Glenwood Springs teens are recovering at St. Mary’s after the driver loses control of the car. Early Tuesday morning, the CSP responded to a serious injury crash on I-70 at mile marker 86. Officials say a Nissan Sentra was traveling westbound when it lost control, hit a deer fence, and went airborne before hitting an embankment and rolling.
Four teens suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to St. Mary’s. Two other teens sustained minor injuries and were taken to a Glenwood Springs hospital. Speed is being investigated as a factor.
