Roasted Garlic Demi

1 Cup Port Wine
2 Cup Veal Stock
1/8 Cup Diced Onion
2 T Roasted Garlic
1 each Bay Leaf
1 each Sprig of Thyme
In a medium sauce pot, over medium high heat, add the onion, thyme, bay leaf and wine. Reduce to 1 tablespoon of liquid. Add the veal stock and reduce by 2/3. Season with salt and pepper. Strain. Drizzle over steak of choice.
