An Olathe man is officially charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed his son. Juan Prieto-Gonzalez was charged with vehicular homicide while driving under the influence, among other charges. Police say the 32-year-old sped through a stop sign on Highway 348 between Delta and Olathe and collided with another vehicle on Sunday. The crash killed his 7-year-old son and injured three people including two children.
