Every kitchen has the basic kitchen necessities; a microwave, a refrigerator, and according to a Fruita inventor, the Party-To-Go. Joy Clymer’s new invention sits on her counter; it’s the first one manufactured.
“Things like this just don’t happen to me! I’m in shock, I really am!”
The kitchen creation came through frustration. “I was going to a barbeque and I decided to make deviled eggs, so I went to the cupboard and I couldn’t find anything to put them in.”
Clymer came up with a makeshift container, a pie tin and plastic wrap, which shifted into a mess. “By the time I got over there they had slid, and the yolk part was smashed.
I thought to myself there has to be a better way than this.”
That’s when the Party-To-Go was born. The container holds 24 egg halves, 14 cupcakes, as many cookies as you can stack, and also includes a veggie tray. Clymer says her inventing days may have just begun.
“I have another idea!” But quickly told us that she had to keep it a secret. The Party-To-Go product will be shown 8 times on QVC starting at midnight Wednesday night.
