For those of you who feel like letting someone else do the cooking for Thanksgiving, you’re in luck. From 10:00 until 2:00 on Thursday, the Double Tree Hotel in Grand Junction is hosting a Thanksgiving Brunch complete with all the fixings. Chefs will carve the turkey. If you’re looking for more choices, they’ll also serve roast leg of lamb and even a baked ham with cherry glaze.
This event is open to the public, but reservations are recommended. Right now, employees at the Double Tree Hotel are busy setting up for Thursday’s big day. Hotel Director Lee Roberts says, “We’ll do the cooking for you, we’ll serve it for you, and we’ll even do the dishwashing.” Roberts is hoping to serve around 500 people.
