C&F Food Store Robbed in Clifton

Clifton, Colo.

Police are looking for two armed men after a clerk is held up at a Clifton gas station. The Mesa County Sheriff’s Department says around 1:15 Monday morning, two men held up the C&F Food Store on 32 Road.

Deputies say one of the suspects showed the clerk a gun and was able to get away with cash. Authorities are not releasing how much money the robbers made off with. The two suspects are young hispanic men, one is described as heavyset and the other is slender.
